These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prime Cleaning website and our trash can cleaning services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Prime Cleaning provides residential and commercial trash can cleaning and sanitization services using high-pressure water and bacteria killers. We service Springfield, Missouri and surrounding ZIP codes as listed on our website.

Pricing and payment

Residential monthly service is $24 per visit, one-time service is $39, and each additional bin is $5. Commercial pricing is based on volume and property needs. We collect payment only after you approve the completed service. Payment methods accepted include cash and payment apps.

Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information. For maximum effectiveness, bins should be empty at the time of service. If bins are full, we can remove the trash, clean the bin, and replace the trash for you.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. There are no long-term contracts, and you may pause service at any time.

Referral program

Referral rewards are paid in cash when a referred customer completes their first paid service. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

Prime Cleaning takes care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
